novel structure of low phase noise and high output power monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) oscillator is presented in order to use it 5G applications. The based on the ED02AH process which allows us design a keeping minimum size impossible have using other technologies since oscillators are sensitive components above 20 GHz. studied, designed, optimized GaAs substrate from OMMIC foundry advanced system (ADS) simulator obtain miniaturized (1.1×1.3 mm<sup>2</sup>) generating two signals different frequencies f<sub>o1</sub>=26 GHz f<sub>o2</sub>=30 objective an with while respecting its specifications. optimization proposed shows satisfying results. Indeed, at 26 30 GHz, powers respectively 13.33 dBm 14.89 dBm. produces sinusoidal signal 1.5 V 1.75 amplitude f<sub>o1</sub> f<sub>o2</sub> resonance liquid crystal (LC) resonator -109 dBc/Hz -110 10 MHz offset.
